When you accept service charges for a year in advance and if you do not give even basic customer service you invent the word for it yourself. To replace a tap you took nearly three months. The motor or the power source stops quite often and needs a jerk to start. I blame your management only because they are too inefficient to enforce discipline in the subordinate force. For the last two weeks, water in your widely advertised Aqua Guard purifier does not show its face. I complained; I sent E-mails - you are mute and deaf.
