My family was traveling by GoAir on 8th of October 2014 morning flight with infant baby from Mumbai to SriNagar flight number g387. She was charged for 15kg extra for an amount rupees 3750 without allowing hand luggage and no assistant was given to her. Would like to know why was it so and counter staff was very rude. It was very bad experience. Even broke baby stroller. She was traveling from Bahrain as it was a long trip she stayed overnight in Mumbai and boarded to GoAir. Mentally was stressed by airport staff without noticing she was carrying infant baby. I would like an answer for this kind behavior from your ground staff. My family return ticket is for the same flight and would think twice sending her in this flight.
