I ve purchased 19 inch element TV or so it says on the box its actually an 18. five TV scheen. There was no sound had to call customer service for them to walk me through the audio process then their are only three screws for the TV stand when it should be seven screws. I had to use the four screws for now until I get seven screws and now I have a lopsided TV stand. The sound is very low. I am so disappointment with element. My element TV went to a black screen. I called customer service and was on hold for 50minutes. I then called back the next day and finally got a operator who ask for all my information to no avail told me I would not receive a refund or replacement for my TV. I purchased a 32" Element TV ELEFW328. While trying to set up auto scan for channels, it scans up over 100 channel numbers,, but only receives channels 3-20 plus 70 and 90 (Some kind of signal strength chart). It does the same thing on AUTO STD IRC and HRC. A Sceptre brand Television two feet away will receive all the available channels (3 through 84) hooked up to the exact same cable outlet and wire as the other TV. I think it must be faulty, and think I should return it and get another one. Please let me know if there is a solution, or I can take it back to Wal-Mart tomorrow.

I purchased a 40 inch TV from Walmart and I cannot get it to program the digital channels on it. I had a cable guy to come and check the TV and he said I may have to purchase a digital tuner. I think this is a shame. I do not understand why I would have to purchase a digital tuner when this TV said it is fully a HD TV.
