I had my dish installed on 4/4/2015 and the installer promised would immediately SMS me the account to use for payment in order to get connected. I waited, there was no communication;I rung him on Sunday and promised Monday I would get it. Up to now I have not received the account number I bought the decoder at Naivas Nyali Mombasa. I do not like the way the installer is handling my complaint. Thanks.
