I bought your tablet in October of 2015, it is in tip top shape no scratches or breaks, but it however will not charge nor will it hold a charge, it had been like this for awhile now. I bought it for my daughter for her birthday. She has maybe used it a couole months here and there I tried calling your customer service line and did not get an answer. Please respond to me ASAP. I would love to figure out that is going on with it or get it repaired so my daughter can enjoy it. I also have another one I bought in June 2015 for my son. I attached an external memory of 32 GB and have only downloaded two apps on the device however when it comes time to update my apps the device tells me that there is insufficient storage space. My tablet keeps shutting down like its dead all night had a 75%-50% battery live an powers down like its dead. The battery was still in the green not yellow or red. This happens a lot I couldn't find a number in my paperwork. I didn't buy It I won it at work for a Contest we had in June-August in 2014.
