I just place a order over the weekend the order number is 15-19659767, after a few segond I was trying to contact Parts Geek, No answer, No telephone number and the only number Parts Geek have online doesn't work they never pick up the phone still today, the wheels I ordered they might be come without the center caps, all I ask is Parts Geek provide me the part number of the center cap I ordered for me to able to order the center cap some where else, otherwise I don t need those wheels and the order have to be cancel or I will decline this transaction.

I have called over five times and waited at least ten minutes each time and put on hold and still had no one to speak to. I was sent the wrong part for my vehicle Alternator for 2002 BMW 745i (which my car is still at the dealer waiting for the original part), but I can not get a RMA Number from the Customer Support Ticket System which it has been over four days since I emailed them my complaint. Then they tell you on their website you have 30 days to return items. It has been 12 days and I haven't heard from Parts Geek or spoken with a representative.

I ordered a radiator about two weeks ago and while in transit the shipper said it got damaged. I never received the part and UPS returned it to partsgeek. When I tried to ask if they were going to send a replacement, I couldn't get a straight answer. They just said that they would refund $ someday. I said I wanted the part not the money. Now I am getting messages saying I need to return the part, UPS showws it was delivered and signed by partsgeek. They also have a 30 days refund policy. I have no idea what they are doing and can not call them to work it out.
